This statement is being provided by the Group as a result of the legislation passed in regard to the Consumer Protection Act or CPA that was promulgated into law on April – October 2010. The Group confirms that it complies with all applicable laws and standards including the laws of the country of manufacturing as well as CPA. All products produced by the Group comply with stipulated standards, including those related to care, safety, manufacture, packaging, transportation and country of origin.
The Group further confirms that appropriate monitoring systems in respect of complaints, defects and/or any recall of products is in line with the CPA, and that a replacement policy is in place.
